bdtk4 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With the Platform

1.1  These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other party who accesses or uses the bdtk4 platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2  These Terms must be read in conjunction with the bdtk4 Privacy Policy and any individual promotion or bonus terms that may be published separately. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

1.3  bdtk4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.

2.1  To register and use the bdtk4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bdtk4 or any other gambling platform where such an exclusion would prohibit your participation here.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

2.2  bdtk4 is designed and marketed for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability. bdtk4 makes no representation that the services are legal in all jurisdictions.

3.1  Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bdtk4 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

3.2  You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify bdtk4 promptly of any changes.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

3.4  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdtk4 immediately by contacting our support team. bdtk4 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.5  bdtk4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

4.1  bdtk4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all registered accounts. Full platform access — including the ability to make deposits, place wagers, and request withdrawals — is conditional upon successful completion of the KYC process.

4.2  To complete KYC verification, players must provide the following documentation upon request:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or birth registration certificate for Bangladesh residents).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile carrier bill showing your name and address).
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable (e.g., bKash account confirmation, bank statement showing account holder name).

4.3  KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities.

4.4  bdtk4 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account restriction or closure.

5.1  All deposits to your bdtk4 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank accounts not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

5.2  The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the bdtk4 platform, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

5.3  The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit within the account dashboard.

5.4  bdtk4 does not apply any processing fee to standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which bdtk4 accepts no liability.

5.5  Deposits are credited to your bdtk4 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Mobile wallet deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to confirm depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.6  bdtk4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.1  Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds under any circumstances.

6.2  Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. bdtk4 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts or accounts not registered in the player's verified name.

6.3  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary based on account verification tier and payment method.

6.4  Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1–4 hours of processing commencement. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

6.5  Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players must ensure all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied before submitting a withdrawal request.

6.6  bdtk4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, including requests for source of funds documentation for large withdrawals. Processing may be delayed until such checks are satisfactorily completed.

7.1  bdtk4 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.2  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdtk4 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in each promotion's specific terms.

7.3  bdtk4 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or decline a player's participation in any promotion at its sole discretion. This includes cases where bdtk4 reasonably suspects bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

7.4  Players may opt out of receiving promotional communications by contacting the support team. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect the player's ability to use the standard platform services.

8.1  All bets and wagers placed on the bdtk4 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2  Once confirmed, a bet or wager cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager.

8.3  In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, bdtk4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. bdtk4 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous prices or odds.

8.4  For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not proceed as originally scheduled, the market rules for that event (available in the sportsbook help section) will determine whether bets are settled or voided. bdtk4 follows industry-standard settlement procedures for such circumstances.

8.5  All casino games on the bdtk4 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operation verified by independent third-party auditors. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game information panel.

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk4 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bdtk4's promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtk4 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any bdtk4 system or database.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the age of 21.

10.1  bdtk4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

10.2  The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bdtk4 players via the account settings dashboard:

11.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12.2  Where bdtk4's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bdtk4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3  bdtk4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

13.1  bdtk4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or submission of false documentation.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request directing bdtk4 to restrict the account.

13.2  Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Where a closure is requested without an active self-exclusion, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

13.3  In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

14.1  bdtk4 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — bdtk4 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, communicated via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed upon login.

14.2  Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates required by law with no practical impact on player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication to the platform.

14.3  If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

15.1  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdtk4's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 16.

15.2  In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, the logs and records maintained by bdtk4's platform systems shall be considered definitive evidence of the game result or bet outcome, unless a demonstrable system error can be established by independent review.

15.3  If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits bdtk4's right to take immediate action to protect its legitimate business interests, including suspension of a player account where there is evidence of fraud or a serious breach of these Terms.
